The "Visioon" festival offers a glimpse into the future and is designed for young musicians involved in rhythmic music. Musicians will perform in various contemporary music styles. The original creations and improvisations of young people also play an important role.

Young people change and develop significantly musically in one year. The festival is held annually to capture a snapshot and maintain continuity.

The main goal of "Visioon" is to support Estonian rhythm music education and introduce young talented jazz musicians and new youth bands. All participants in the festival are presented online on the website www.noortejazz.ee, and the necessary performance conditions are created for the concerts. The concerts are attended by a supportive audience.

Together with the young people, their mentors and world-renowned musicians will also perform at the festival. Living role models inspire, encourage, and give young people new ideas for moving forward.

The concerts will take place on the evenings of June 6-7 at Jazz Club Philly Joe's in Tallinn on Vabaduse Square and on June 7 at Saue City Center Square, in front of the Saue Municipality headquarters.

The 2025 Festival program includes a Swing Music Workshop conducted by the festival's guest, renowned educator, clarinet player, bandleader, and pedagogue Zhenja Gimer from Finland.

Live music and playing music together are always an experience for both newcomers and seasoned players. The “Visioon” Festival is the first rhythm music festival for many young people, where they take and make their initial steps. Many young musicians’ who started at the “Visioon” are performing abroad and on large venues!

The festival is organized by the NGO “Improviis” in cooperation with Saue Music School, the Rhythm Music Education Association of Estonia, the Estonian Music Schools Association, and the rhythm music departments of many music schools.
